The location was fantastic, our weekend was very good, and we really enjoyed the time spent here with access to decent sized bathroom and kitchenette, as well as smoke detectors for safety measures.

The location of this place is great as it is in a residential area close to multiple restaurants and attractions like Sandbanks and Bournemouth, everything here is lovely, except for the hot weather outside.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment near Bournemouth, Poole & Sandbanks. The apartment was clean, well-kept, and spacious, with plenty of storage for our belongings. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We were provided with towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, and hand soap, which was very convenient. The location in the Penn Hill area was great, with a trendy micro village feel and a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants just a stone's throw away. The apartment was also soundproofed very well, so we didn't experience any disturbance from the surrounding bars or restaurant fans. The secure parking spot visible from the back bedroom was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend this apartment for a reasonably priced and quality base to explore the area.
